A private estate Wedding in the marshes of South Carolina was exactly what my heart needed. Sydney and Ben's intimate wedding was proof that bigger isn't always better. They had a modest guest count of around 75 of their closest friends and family who traveled from Ohio to celebrate this sweet couple. Sydney understood exactly how she wanted her day to look and feel and prioritized sleek bridal style and timeless romantic details. Her florals were a mixture of southern blooms and ferns to nod to the location. Her simple banquet style dinner was adorned with silver candle holders and silk bows.

Her vision was to use the rental property to tell the story of her day by taking photos all over the property. Including getting ready photos in the claw foot tub of the master bathroom and punchy couples portraits in the library room.

Her day ended perfectly with the most stunning sunset portraits on the dock as the sun shown sorbent orange at just the right moment.
